Section 1 - Shipping Options
We ship all orders from Malaysia.
For Malaysia addresses, we ship your orders by Poslaju.
For international addresses, we ship via EMS. For other preferences of forwarding company, kindly contact us through shirlingtoh@hotmail.com. We will love to work out the best option for you.
Section 2 - Shipping and Handling Charges
All prices listed on the website exclude shipping and handling charges.

For shipping to Malaysia addresses, please refer to the Poslaju Rates on Poslaju website. For shipping to other countries (with a few exceptions), please refer to the Air Parcel counter rates by Pos Malaysia.

Section 3 - Handling and Delivery Time
Our bags are made-to-order. Upon receipt of your order & payment, we will begin our process of handcrafting your bag. You will receive notification when your bag is complete and set for delivery. Please allow a period of at least 21 days for completion depends on production line availability. We appreciate your patience as we make each bag to to the highest standard of quality.
